How do I place an order for a Memory Bear?

You can place an order through our website by completing the order form on the order page. You can also contact us directly via email or phone for custom requests. 

What materials can be used to make a Memory Bear?

We can use any soft textiles that you provide, including clothing and blankets. Each bear is made from the materials you send us. 

How many pieces of clothing do I need to send?

Typically, we recommend sending 4-6 items of clothing, depending on the clothing size. More fabric allows for additional details and features. 

What if I don’t have clothing to send?

If you don’t have any clothing to use, we offer premade fabric options that you can choose from. Just let us know your preferences! 

Can I request specific features or designs for the bear?

Yes! We love to incorporate personalized touches such as names, birth details, special patches, unique fabric placements and accessories such as passifiers, bows, headbands etc. Just share your ideas with us when placing your order. 

How should I prepare my clothing for sending?

Please make sure the clothing is clean and free of any strong odors. It’s best to avoid items with stains or excessive wear. 

How long does it take to receive my Memory Bear?

The production time typically takes 5 working days from the time we receive your materials. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Shipping time is typically 1-3 business days, depending on the option that you choose. 

What if I want to order more than one Memory Bear?

Please complete a separate form for each memory bear if the requirements for each bear are different.

How does payment work?

To secure your order, a 70% deposit is required upon submission. Once your bear or bunny is completed, you'll receive a photo for approval before paying the remaining 30%. 

We provide various payment methods, including bank transfer, payment requests and cash. We do not accept debit/credit card payments (yet). Your options will be available at checkout. 

What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund (excluding incurred shipping fees) will be provided if production has not been started. If production has started your deposit will unfortunately not be refunded.

Do you offer shipping options?

Yes, we provide standard and expedited shipping options. To make it easy, we will send you a shipping label with instructions. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I care for my Memory Bear?

To keep your Memory Bear looking its best, spot clean with a damp cloth. Avoid machine washing unless specified. 

What if my Memory Bear arrives damaged or not as expected?

If there are any issues with your Memory Bear upon arrival, please reach out to us within 14 days, and we will address your concerns promptly.
